Planning consultancy arm of M Baker Property Services Ltd to be transferred to Foot Anstey

The planning consultancy arm of M Baker Property Services Ltd is to be transferred to solicitors Foot Anstey to create one of the largest planning services within a legal practice in the South West. The service, based at Foot Anstey's offices in Exeter, Plymouth and Taunton, will offer legal and consultancy advice covering all aspects of planning from government guidance to local development frameworks, masterplans, applications and appeals.
