Project in Bracknell to be managed by Malcolm Reading and Associates

A project to deliver a 7,500m2 civic hub and learning centre in Bracknell is to be managed by Malcolm Reading and Associates. The scheme is part of the regeneration of the town centre envisioned by the Richard Rogers Partnership. The hub is one of the landmark facilities in the masterplan and will bring together Bracknell Forest Borough Council customer services and a learning centre containing a library and information and cultural facilities. The building will be designed to achieve "excellent" environmental ratings. Malcolm Reading will work with development partner Bracknell Regeneration Partnership. Design work will start immediately and the hub is expected to be completed by late 2008.
