Project examining government's reforms set to be completed

A project examining the government's proposed reforms to historic environment protection is set to be completed by heritage experts from consultancy Atkins. The project, commissioned by English Heritage and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, involves conducting interviews, surveys and analyses of local authority conservation and management of the historic environment across England. The work will contribute to the heritage white paper scheduled to be presented to parliament next spring.
