Casebook: Court Cases - Inspector backed on residential use of stables

A Hampshire farm owner has failed in a bid to overturn an inspector's decision to uphold six enforcement notices requiring residential use of a stable building to cease after the High Court ruled that adequate reasons had been given. Mr Justice Crane agreed that there had been no error in law and ruled that the stables should be returned to their original state.
