Plans for a regeneration scheme in London

Plans for a regeneration scheme to transform a brownfield site in south-west London while providing energy through a combined heat and power operation have been unveiled. Designed by Building Design Partnership, the mixed-use development on a 3.8ha site in Tolworth includes a 6,000m2 Tesco store, community space and 835 homes.
