Shortlist of developers announced for Elephant and Castle project

The shortlist of developers for the Elephant and Castle regeneration project was announced by the London Borough of Southwark this week. Key Property Investments, Lend Lease Europe and Oceancrest are in the running for one of the country's largest renewal schemes. The plans will see 1,200 council homes and the Elephant and Castle shopping centre demolished, as well as the realignment of the road system.
