Plans for revamp of the Brotherhood Retail Park

Plans for a £50 million revamp of the Brotherhood Retail Park in Peterborough have been submitted to the city council. The proposals involve knocking down three retail stores to make way for four units comprising 3,700m2. A fitness club and an extension to the Paul Simon store are also planned, as well as the refurbishment of other shops and car parking areas. The application has been submitted by Arlington Securities, which is being advised on planning aspects of the scheme by Malcolm Judd and Partners.
