Macfarlane Wilder to design Paddington Central scheme

The public realm for the flagship Paddington Central scheme in west London is to be designed by Macfarlane Wilder. The first phase of 162,575m2 of commercial development at the Old Goods Yard site was completed in 2002. Development Securities intends to submit further details in the new year to Westminster City Council.
