Ideas to promote West End go on display

Ideas to make London's West End more attractive to shoppers went on display last week. Proposals include cutting the number of bus routes passing through Oxford Street, Regent Street and Bond Street from 24 to two. The New West End Company, which represents retailers, also proposes creating wider pavements and more pedestrianised areas. Choices for a Better West End can be viewed
