Mixed-use schemes to regenerate Woolwich town centre

Four mixed-use schemes to regenerate Woolwich town centre are to be developed by Wilson Bowden.

The company will work with Powis Street Estates on the £400 million schemes that will provide more than 65,030m2 of mixed office, retail and leisure uses as well as more than 500 homes. Meanwhile, Wilson Bowden is also set work on a £225 million project to redevelop Barnsley Markets for the 1249 Regeneration Partnership. The scheme will provide retail and leisure facilities including a department store and cinema.
