Programme to revive industrial part of Wolverton

A programme to revive the industrial part of Wolverton in Milton Keynes was unveiled last week by the Milton Keynes Partnership (MKP) and housing and regeneration organisation Places for People.

Around 300 homes and businesses are planned at the historic railway site, including the refurbishment of two derelict listed buildings, the Royal Train Shed and the Triangle Building. A detailed application is due to be submitted early next year, with MKP building infrastructure on site from January. Work on the homes will start next September.
