Second phase of Edinburgh Quay project begins

The second phase of the £60 million Edinburgh Quay project has begun.

The work will complete the transformation of the area around Lochrin Basin in Fountainbridge. The project, which is due to finish next summer, will deliver 5,554m2 of office space and 400m2 of retail space in the Scottish capital's financial district. It follows on from the 10,419m2 of office and restaurant space and more than 60 luxury flats built under phase one.

Edinburgh Quay is a joint project between Miller Developments and British Waterways.
