Scheme to create up to 1,500 homes in Oldham and Rochdale

A scheme to create up to 1,500 homes in the Oldham and Rochdale housing market renewal pathfinder area is to be developed by Barratt Homes and Artisan. The developers have been chosen for the 12-year East Central Rochdale scheme that aims to create a mixture of homes and improve community facilities. The first phase of the project will involve building 79 environmentally friendly homes on a former cotton mill site.
