Mixed-use development to transform Croydon's cultural quarter approved

A mixed-use development to transform Croydon's cultural quarter was approved by the London borough this week. The £35 million scheme aims to create a public space focused on a grade II listed former pumping station. The Exchange, one of the two blocks in the development, will accommodate 66 loft-style apartments overlooking the proposed piazza.
