Outline planning permission granted in Liverpool city centre

A commercial district in Liverpool city centre has been granted outline planning permission. The masterplan by urban regeneration company Liverpool Vision features 140,000m2 of offices, public space and car parking on a site bounded by Leeds Street, Pall Mall, Tithebarn Street and Old Hall Street. A supplementary planning document to guide the development is expected to be adopted by Liverpool City Council later this year.
