Legal agreements formalised for gateway in Snow Hill, Birmingham

Legal agreements for a £220 million gateway in Snow Hill, Birmingham, have been formalised by the city council. The proposals by developer Ballymore include 67,000m2 of office space, more than 200 flats, shops, leisure facilities and a public plaza. The site has been used as a car park since the redevelopment of Snow Hill station in the 1980s. Detailed plans for the enabling works will be submitted shortly.
