Final phase of Manchester's media village granted planning permission

The final phase of Manchester's media village in the Ancoats area of the city has been granted planning permission. Phase three of the Express Networks project by developer Artisan Holdings is a six-storey scheme providing 56 flats and 1,500m2 of office space. The £10 million development has been designed with open glazing at ground level and metal cladding to complement phase one, the refurbishment of the former Daily Express building. Construction will start later this year.
