Plans for first phase of development at the Ludlow Eco Business Park submitted

Plans for the first phase of development at the Ludlow Eco Business Park were submitted to South Shropshire District Council this week. The local authority and Advantage West Midlands are in advanced negotiations with developer Stoford to build 2,230m2 of environmentally friendly offices. All the buildings would be constructed to Building Research Establishment excellent standards to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 50 per cent compared to normal buildings. Up to 100 jobs will be created by the development.
