Disposal of four buildings in Liverpool's Hope Street

The disposal of four buildings in the heart of Liverpool's Hope Street quarter is to be overseen by CB Richard Ellis for Liverpool John Moores University. The Hahnemann Building, 68 Hope Street, 2 Blackburne Place and Josephine Butler House are all near the city centre. The Victorian and Georgian buildings, which are expected to attract considerable interest, will be vacated on completion of the university's £23 million design academy.
