Road scheme launched in St Austell

A road scheme has been launched to ease congestion and reduce delays in and around St Austell. Mouchel Parkman is working with Mowlem and Cornwall Country Council on the design and construction of plans to upgrade the A391 link road between St Austell and the A30 trunk road. The 9km scheme comprises a mostly two-lane carriageway, widening to three uphill for safer overtaking. The team aims to submit a planning application in the new year.
