Terence O'Rourke hired by Gloucester Heritage URC

A regeneration framework and blueprint for a £1 billion ten-year investment programme for Gloucester is to be drawn up by Terence O'Rourke. The firm has been appointed by Gloucester Heritage Urban Regeneration Company (URC). It will work on the plans with the URC over the next six months to redevelop around 100ha of largely brownfield land and find fresh uses for nearly 100 historic buildings.
