Proposal for housing on green belt land put forward by DoH

A proposal for housing on green belt land in Dartford put forward by the Department for Health (DoH) has been rejected by the Planning Inspectorate. An inspector judged the development too isolated to be sustainable and ruled that the countryside site falls outside the focus of future growth. The DoH was ordered to pay partial costs to Dartford Borough Council.
