Mixed-use scheme in Hastings

A £72 million mixed-use scheme in Hastings that aims to create a vibrant gateway by connecting the railway station to the town has been given the go-ahead. The Station Plaza scheme will transform the derelict goods yard next to the station with more than 100 flats, education space, a health care centre and 7,500m2 of office and retail premises. The project is led by Sea Space and construction will begin next year.
