A 39-storey mixed-use skyscraper with helipad is due to be developed in Birmingham's Broad Street. Richardson Cordwell has submitted plans to redevelop the site to include 1,858m2 of retail and leisure space, a 150-bedroom hotel, 350 flats and car parking space. The building will be one of the tallest in the city. DTZ is advising the developer on the scheme.
