Scheme at Openshaw District Centre unveiled

Plans for a £25 million scheme at Openshaw District Centre in east Manchester have been unveiled. The development will include a major food store, small and medium-sized shops, office space and a leisure and fitness centre. It is expected to create 400 jobs. Manchester City Council has chosen Dransfield Properties as its development partner.
