A major study to assess the future shopping requirements

A major study to assess the future shopping requirements of residents across Manchester is being carried out by GVA Grimley's retail and town centre planning team. Five thousand households will be surveyed by telephone and a further 500 street surveys will be completed for the project. The study is designed to help Manchester City Council gauge the need for additional facilities across the city centre and its associated district and local centres. It will also help to inform the preparation of the local development framework.
