Mouchel Parkman expands its transport planning capabilities

Mouchel Parkman is to expand its transport planning capabilities by creating a business unit that will bring together its transport specialists from across the UK. While the firm will continue to provide transport planning services for existing local authority contracts, the new team aims to build on its external client base in both the private and public sectors. The team, headed by John Biden, will comprise around 120 transport planners, transport modellers, economists, development planners and traffic specialists. It will operate from offices in London, Manchester, Sutton Coldfield, Chelmsford and West Byfleet.
