A swathe of regeneration projects submitted to Advantage West Midlands

A swathe of regeneration projects worth £57.5 million has been submitted to Advantage West Midlands. The flagship schemes, put forward by the North Staffordshire Regeneration Zone, aim to transform the region's economy. They include the £26 million redevelopment of former coalfields at Chatterley Valley into a business park, a £10 million scheme to create a university quarter in Stoke-on-Trent and a business district on the site of the soon-to-be demolished Unity House.
