Regional test centres to be built by Bluestone

Regional test centres for the Driving Standards Agency are to be built across England and Wales by Bluestone, the construction subsidiary of Morgan Sindall. The centres are needed because of EU legislation that requires motorcycle test candidates to carry out braking and avoidance manoeuvres at a speed that would be unsuitable on the public highway.
