English Partnerships netted increase

English Partnerships netted a 46 per cent increase in its cash receipts from development last year, according to its annual report. During the financial year 2004-05, the agency's receipts rose from £147 million to £215 million. Its overall investment programme rose 18 per cent from £411 million to £483 million and the private sector investment it attracted increased 25 per cent from £384 million to £480 million. Chairwoman Margaret Ford said the agency met or exceeded all of its targets in the ODPM's sustainable communities plan.
