British Waterways publishes plan

British Waterways has published a five-year strategic plan for its waterways and property estate. The strategy aims to explain how the agency will develop its waterways up to 2009 and help organisations work with it to maintain and regenerate the £450 million portfolio. The plan includes large property ventures such as Wood Wharf, an 8ha joint venture development in London's Docklands. The development document can be viewed via www.PlanningResource.co.uk.
