Football Clubs granted permission

Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club has been granted planning permission by the city council for a third park-and-ride site to be used on match days. The announcement means that work can begin on adding 2,000 seats to the club's Withdean Stadium as the facility was a condition for extra capacity. The site will hold 200 cars and will be in place by November.
