Archway views presented

Local residents' views on the regeneration of Archway have been presented to the London Borough of Islington. The consultation results were submitted to the council's north area committee as part of the A1 borough strategy regeneration initiative. Nearly 95 per cent of residents said they believe that Archway should be redeveloped, with 81 per cent calling for changes to the road system. The majority said they dislike the Archway Tower but there was no consensus on a replacement.
