Ombudsman service in Wales to start

A one-stop ombudsman service to deal with complaints about public services in Wales will start operating next April. The body will provide a single point of contact to enable a simpler and more customer-focused service to deal with complaints against public agencies. It will replace the local government ombudsman, health service commissioner for Wales and the Welsh administration ombudsman and will also cover social housing later in the year.
