Anchor retailers secured for Derby

Anchor retailers have been secured to take up space in the extended Eagle shopping centre in Derby. Debenhams, Marks & Spencer and Next will all increase their presence in the city centre, taking up a total of 27,313m2 in the 97,400m2 scheme. The redevelopment of the centre, jointly owned by Westfield and Hermes, forms part of wider plans to revive the city centre being led by urban regeneration company Derby Cityscape.
