Mills & Reeve advises

Law firm Mills & Reeve has advised St Edmundsbury Borough Council on an £85 million redevelopment scheme for the cattle market site in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. The Centros Miller scheme is the biggest single redevelopment the town has seen and includes a public square, 35 shops, a 7,896m2 Debenhams department store, 56 flats, underground parking and a multi-purpose arts and community venue. Work is due to start in 2006 and scheduled to be completed in 2008.
