NAI Fuller Peiser becomes limited liability partnership

Property consultancy NAI Fuller Peiser has become a limited liability partnership (LLP) as of 1 December. The company said that the change was made because it believes that LLP status will become the preferred structure for professional services firms in the future. The move will not affect the day-to-day operation of the firm's services.
