A consortium comprising Midas Group, Sutton Harbour Holdings and Cyril Sweet developed designs and costings for the trust, ReSound (Health) Ltd. Midas Projects (UK) Ltd has begun work on the first two schemes - a 60-bed, £14 million local care centre and a £1.4 million GP surgery and community health centre. ReSound is talks about plans for a second care centre. It is hoped that the deal will generate £50 million of capital works over the next five years.
