TEP prepares masterplan

A spatial masterplan and design framework for a 5.2ha neighbourhood campus at Fitton Hill, Oldham, has been prepared by environmental consultancy TEP. The campus scheme, by Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council and Hathershaw and Fitton Hill New Deal for Communities, includes a primary school, children's centre, neighbourhood and health facility and open space.
