Appointment at Turley Associates

David Diggle has joined Turley Associates in Manchester as a planner. He moves from Cheshire County Council, where he was part of the environmental planning team for four years. Robert Buckley has been appointed as an assistant planner in London, having previously worked at the London Boroughs of Hackney and Bexley. Sid Hadjioannou has also joined Turley's London office as a planner. He has previously worked for ATIS REAL Weatheralls and Stevenage Borough Council. Mike Smoughton joins as a part-time assistant planner while he completes his MSc in town planning at the University of London.
