Lichfield Planning to prepare masterplans

Lichfield Planning has been appointed to prepare the first of a series of masterplans and area action plans for key parts of the centre of Lincoln by the city council. Focusing on the central rail corridor, the project will explore a range of issues including transport, mixed-use development and management, retail development opportunities and regeneration, economic development and heritage objectives. The work will also identify options for an area action plan that will then feed in to consultations on Lincoln's first local development framework.
