Scottish News: Glasgow turns to green belt homes

Green belt land has been released for housing in an attempt to tempt families back into Glasgow. The approval of plans for 330 homes at Parkhouse, in the south of the city, has been welcomed by house builders who called on other local authorities to follow Glasgow City Council's example. But environmentalists have complained that alternative brownfield sites have been overlooked.
