Business briefs: GL Hearn secures planning consent

GL Hearn has secured planning consent for the conversion of a former shoe factory into a Homemaker store for the Plymouth and South West Co-operative Society Ltd. The site, comprising 1,858 sq m of retail space, is at the Liverton business park on the edge of Exmouth. GL Hearn's retail assessment showed that the store would help to retain spending in Exmouth and give residents more choice without prejudicing plans for additional retail space in the town.
