Regeneration brief: NVQ home built by youngsters

The first home built to national vocational qualification requirements has been built by previously unemployed and unskilled youngsters in North East Lincolnshire. The house in Grimsby is the work of the Community Construction Training Company, which has secured seven jobs and created a further 23 in areas of high youth unemployment.
