In Brief: Residents comment on seafront ideas

Residents of Margate are being invited to comment on ideas for developing the seafront and town centre. A study by Tibbalds Planning and Urban Design includes proposals for pedestrian access to the seafront and through routes for buses and taxis to the town's main square. It was commissioned by a partnership including Thanet District Council, Kent County Council, the South East England Development Agency and English Partnerships. The consultation will run until 2 April.
