Regeneration News in brief: Tilfen Land urged to scrap plans for business park

Tilfen Land has been urged to scrap plans for a business park on Southmere Green in Erith Marshes, south-east London. The London Assembly Green Party group has written to the firm asking it to relocate the park and protect the grazing marsh from development. It has also called on mayor Ken Livingstone to intervene and select a more suitable brownfield location.
