Regeneration News in brief: Moor retail area masterplan expected to get go-ahead

A masterplan for the Moor retail area of Sheffield was expected to be approved by the city council as Planning went to press this week. Leaseholder Deutsche UK Retail Property Fund commissioned the regeneration blueprint from consultancy Broadway Malyan. The £100 million scheme features a market for Moor stallholders, car parks and tall buildings at Charter Square and Moorfoot.
