BUSINESS BRIEF: Steer Davis Gleave apppointed

Steer Davis Gleave has been appointed to develop transport plans to support London's 2012 Olympic bid. The eight-month study has been commissioned by the Olympic transport strategy team, led by Transport for London. The brief focuses on the main Olympic park in Stratford, east London, and includes providing transport for 55,000 athletes, officials, journalists and sponsors. Transport for spectators by car, bus and coach will also be examined.
