EDITORIAL: Wind farm rejections foil pioneer ambition

It has been a mixed week for wind farms. First, Greenpeace suggested that almost a third of Europe's electricity could be generated by offshore wind farms, with the UK in the vanguard. It's great to see the UK leading the way. Then again, maybe not, thanks to the Ministry of Defence (MoD), which currently holds the title of most accident-prone government department.
