REGENERATION NEWS: Disused distillery in Londonderry to be transformed

A disused distillery in Londonderry is to be transformed into a primary healthcare centre serving a population of more than 25,000 patients. Northern Ireland's Department for Social Development says that the 0.16ha Distillery Brae site can accommodate three medical practices and incorporate other health and social care professionals. It is estimated that the centre would attract 1,600 people to the Spencer Road commercial area daily.
